Value Added Reseller Program



Skycasters supports customers at remote resort locationsThe VSAT Systems value-added reseller (VAR) program is available to Internet, computer or networking or other technology companies in the U.S. and some international locations that wish to add a satellite service to their product mix.

There is a big difference between a dealer and a reseller. VARs must provide their own 24 hour 7-day technical support, and handle all billing and customer service. They must maintain a sufficient inventory of merchandise and spare parts, and receive a high level of training. They also purchase equipment, and internet service at wholesale pricing. The VAR establishes their own customer pricing. VARs market the service under their own brand and identity. The costs to get started vary, but a significant investment in time, financial and other resources can be expected. If your business model does not support providing these services, you may wish to become a Skycasters dealer. You can always convert to the VSAT Systems VAR program at a later date.

To become a VAR, you’ll need to complete a short form with your contact information. Once this has been submitted, you’ll receive a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) which must be executed by you and returned to us by fax. After we have received your executed NDA, we will begin discussions with you about our VAR program.
