Skycasters now provides the iDirect 3100 remote satellite modem. The iDirect 3100 is a single box solution that is ideal for small to medium-sized organizations with basic remote networking needs. The iDirect 3100 is capable of delivering broadband access of up to 18 Mbps downstream and 4.2 Mbps upstream. Satellite modems are the link between end-users and their VSAT (Very Small Aperature Terminal), which is a two-way satellite dish.
