On the federal side, we have installed systems for the U.S. Army's Central Command in Florida, the FBI, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Agency, the U.S. Department of the Interior, the U.S. Department of Transportation, FEMA, the Army Corps of Engineers, both the House and the Senate, and many others.
Knowing how the federal government works,
we know some customers need specific GSA
(General Services Administration) schedule
arrangements. That's we have a working
partnership with G2 Satellite Services, a
division of PanAmSat, a major player in
government satellite Internet service sales.
Our work for government agencies generally
falls into four broad categories -- the need
to provide high-speed Internet connectivity
in areas not served by land lines, mobile and
portable Internet solutions, the simultaneous
multicasting of content to dispersed audiences
and immediate, scalable back-up capacity.
Perhaps the single-most important thing in our
