Akron, OH - October 09, 2012 Skycasters is excited to announce that Jason Kennedy, support specialist, is joining the technical support team. Jason has spent the last 9 years with the Ohio Army National Guard as a telecommunications and support services expert. His ability to perform under high-pressure situations, analyze problems, and implement solutions quickly and effectively will ensure his ability to correctly identify and solve customer issues at Skycasters.
Jason is CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ Certified which guarantee his expertise in system support. A few other technical skills and proficiencies that Jason possesses are Windows XP, Windows 7, Cisco routing, switching, call management, and Information Systems security. These skills will be useful for operations that he will perform at Skycasters.
As a member of the tech support team at Skycasters, Jason will be on the front lines taking phone calls to help resolve customer issues. He will also be responsible for managing customer overages, analyzing and evaluating customer issues, monitoring networks, and performing cross-polarization tests.About Skycasters
