Step 1. Complete a Site Survey
This will help us to determine the type of installation, building construction and access, customer needs, etc., and can be done on-line in just a few moments. Click here to begin a site survey or call 800-853-0434.
Step 2. You Are Contacted by a Skycasters Sales Engineer
Within 1 business day, a Skycasters Sales Engineer will contact you to discuss your needs, applications and expectations.
Step 3. The Paperwork
Your Sales Engineer will send you our Service and Equipment Agreements, just take a few minutes to complete them and Fax them back.
Step 4. Scheduling the Install
Within 48 hours of your order, a Skycasters Installation Coordinator (IC) will contact you to schedule your equipment installation time.
Step 5. Installation Day
Standard installation takes four to six hours, unless there is pole mounting, trenching, extended cable runs, or other complicating factors.
Installations are usually complete within 10 days of your order. |
