At Skycasters, we understand that our customers sometimes need to upgrade their service plan in response to changing business needs. We are happy to accommodate such requests. You may upgrade your Service Plan by contacting our Customer Care department, Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, Eastern Time.
We’ll be happy to help you with a Service Plan upgrade in 3 month increments. You may return to your previous plan after the completion of your 3rd month on the upgraded plan for a nominal fee of $99. Please note, any upgrade or return to Plan will apply from that moment forward, and may not be applied retroactively. Any usage prior to the change in Service Plan will be charged at the rates of the Plan in effect at the time of the usage.
