Using Skycasters’ Usage Portal

We want you to know what’s happening with your account, which is why monitoring your data usage with Skycasters is easy with our online Usage Portal. Our online portal allows you to easily monitor your daily and monthly usage.

To use this tool, go to the Customer Login on our website and use your username and password to log into our New Usage Portal which supports peak/offpeak usage. If you do not know your username and password please call our customer support. Once logged in you will be prompted to enter your account number.

Depending on your plan, your charts will show you different ways to track your usage.

The Monthly Usage Summary will either show you data used, data allowed, data overage and data available, or it will show you peak data used and offpeak data used. You will see this information for the current month as well as a few previous months.

The bottom chart will be your daily usage or aggregate children usage. With the Daily Usage you can see how much peak and offpeak data has been used for the current billing period. You can also select previous billing periods to check the daily usage during that time period. The Aggregate Children Usage will show you how much data has been used by each child account during the billing cycle.
